Name: Cloak (Could not think of catchy name hehe)

Ability/Function:
It gives hima 10% resistance to all elemental weapons.(NOT SPELLS)

Protection: It protects most of his upper body, arms, torso, head when he is wearing the hood.

Description: It is a long flowy emerald green cloak, with a hood that has small amount of fur around the end of the hood. It is made of a gold dragons scales, that he incased in green clothe the effects of the dragon scale depend on the users strength, so the mor epowerful he gets the more protection he will gain.

History: Being a bounty hunter and man of wierd jobs he was able to buy enough materials to make the cloak the dragons scale however he stole from a client that refused to pay him, and he just went and took a large bod in the back corner of the room. He did not know what was inside until he got back home.

So basically you are wanting this to be able to Portal? or "teleport". We're going to have to see what Roxas says about this. We haven't really discussed how we are going to handle this yet. So just wait until tonight when he gets home from work.

Has the issue been resolved, i already put It cant be used in battle

I'm fine with it protecting you against certain elements, but travel no. Only the members of Organization XIII can use portals and such for travel. Me and the other leaders will come up with a post limit concerning portals and you will have to have a certain amount and then someone will have to teach you how to travel like that.
